AI-generated content and delivery
AI output may contain errors, omissions or unsuitable wording. You control whether and how a petition is used. Unless a feature expressly says otherwise, PetitionDesk does not file, adjudicate or deliver the petition for you; you submit it using your own email or the identified official channel.
Payments and access
Prices and the access provided are shown before payment. Payment is handled by a third-party processor. If a payment is duplicated, succeeds without unlocking the document or is otherwise disputed, contact info@petitiondesk.com with the transaction reference so it can be investigated.
Availability and external information
We may change, suspend or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons. Regulatory requirements and external links can change. Help Centre sources are starting points and should be reconfirmed.
Liability and contact
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PetitionDesk is provided without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every matter. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Questions may be sent to info@petitiondesk.com.
